Novel deposition process

●Tough carbon film is produced with our original deposition process. When C60 as a carbon source is evaporated, Ar cluster ion beam is simultaneously irradiated on substrate. A transformation from C60 to tough carbon film is given by a unique irradiation effect of cluster ions.
