Thermal Spraying (Tough coating TC-1)

Coating of high melting point metal, such as molybdenum and tungsten, or various thermal sprayed ceramics are possible by progress of high temperature technology, such as plasma, and the surface property which is not acquired in other surface treatments is acquired. We have "plasma thermal spraying equipment" and "supersonic gas thermal spraying equipment", and are having this technology used for the various rolls for industrial machines, continuous casting mold for steel manufacturing, etc. Moreover, it is also possible to seal by UV hardening resin of development of our company, and to raise corrosion resistance further if needed.

Tough Coating TC-1

By thermal spraying composite powder which is excellent in wear resistance and heat resistance by the supersonic gas thermal spraying method, the coating with superior heat resistance and adhesion strength. It excels also in wear resistance (6 times of Ni), lower corner wear of a narrow face mold copper plate is suppressed, and it is the best surface treatment for low/middle speed continuous casting mold.
